Support Underserved Youth of Color in USA
The Technology Access Foundation (TAF) has changed the trajectory of over 1,000 students in Washington State. TAF programs improve educational outcomes for students of color by providing exceptional public school options that emphasize Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM). You can help more students graduate high school on-time and be ready for college by supporting afterschool and in-school programs that target traditionally underserved communities.

The Need
Less than 38% of students of color in Washington State graduate high school and go on to college. In our technology-driven economy, it is imperative that we change the trajectory of these students to create a talented, diverse workforce. TAF believes that all students are natural learners, and a rigorous, relevant STEM-focused K-12 public education can increase access to educational opportunities. By working together, we can ensure that all students gain the knowledge, confidence, and life skills needed to improve graduation rates and empower more students to seek higher education.
Proof of Impact
For every donation of a handheld programming device, you will receive a picture of students applying their knowledge to creating interactive animated environments.
For sponsorship of a TechStart field trip, you will receive a photo documenting the students’ real-world learning experience.
