In the All As One School, children are instructed in pre-school through eighth grade in the subjects of English, Math, Literature, Social Studies, Science, Arts, and Physical Education. The school employs Sierra Leonean teachers and the class sizes are small for maximum learning potential. It is exciting to watch the children, who have never been to school, learn the alphabet and begin to write their names. You can be part of the excitement by helping to provide much needed chairs for the students.

Help create the kind of environment it takes to get certified teachers in Zambia to stay at rural schools. Zambia's Scholarship Fund (ZSF) currently helps pay for teachers' salaries, but more help is still needed. Through this project, you have 3 ways to support the elementary teachers in Zambia: 1.) provide support to students in teacher colleges 2.) provide bicycles to teachers in remote schools 3.) provide desks to the remote schools.

Nomadic Kenyan Children's Educational Fund (NKCEF) provides 350 nomadic Kenyan boys and girls in 149 schools with resources that will enable them to attend high school and succeed in their pursuit of higher education. You can help provide scholarships to these nomadic Kenyan boys and girls to support their education by providing supplies, books, and/or tuition.

Help to educate women and girls in Afghanistan. This gift will help towards increasing female literacy rates in Afghanistan. You can sponsor a female student's education in either a lower level literacy course (called Sowat Amausi which literally means 'to teach one to become literate') or throughout her higher level literacy courses (called Sowat Hayati which translates to 'literate for life'). Lower level courses include an accelerated 10-month curriculum covering grades 1-3 and higher level courses cover grades 4-9 in six years.

TAF programs improve educational outcomes for students of color by providing exceptional public school options that emphasize Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM). Machik founded the Mother's Wish Program in 2003 and it has since become a local NGO called Mother’s Wish Foundation (MWF). Your support to the MWF will help provide a scholarship for a rural low-income girl in Amdo or for girl to attend and board at the Chungba Middle School in Kham.
