You can help grow and energize the non-profit sector in Japan by supporting Coalition for Legislation to Support Citizens’ Organizations (C’s). As a leading advocate for the nonprofit sector in Japan, C's provides practical trainings for Japanese organizations to understand the criteria and process to secure tax exempt status, and thus have access to charitable giving. Unfortunately, the process for becoming tax-exempt status is complicated and cumbersome. Without these seminars, many nonprofit organizations will be unable to navigate the voluminous paperwork and bureaucratic hurdles in the process. This is both an important barrier and leverage point for large-scale change in Japanese civil society.

Give mental & physical healthcare to mothers to prevent postpartum depression in Japan. Your support of this project will help MadreBonita provide free postpartum fitness classes to young mothers who tend to lack access to such programs. Recipients of this support are often times single mothers, mothers of twins, mothers of premature babies, and/or mothers of babies with disabilities.

With your support, Volunteers Association for Bangladesh (VAB) will provide college scholarships to the most academically qualified students coming from very poor families in rural high schools throughout Bangladesh so they may graduate and earn an adequate living and make a contribution to the future of Bangladesh.

TAF programs improve educational outcomes for students of color by providing exceptional public school options that emphasize Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM). You can help more students graduate high school on-time and be ready for college by supporting afterschool and in-school programs that target traditionally underserved communities.

iLEAP empowers women grassroots leaders from around the world by providing them with the skills, professional networks, and global perspectives necessary to create change in their communities. Your donation provides women from the developing world with a scholarship or weekly stipend during a ten-week, comprehensive leadership training program in Seattle. Fellows are hosted by an organization working in their area of expertise, allowing for a mutually beneficial professional exchange. Fellows also live with a local home stay family; participate in community events; and take part in various field site visits with other development organizations, NGOs, and businesses to expand their networks and learn about interactions between civil society, government and the private sector in Washington State. Classroom courses consist of organizational management; technology and communication workshops; and discussions around women's leadership. Your gift supports women leaders to return to their communities inspired and even more committed to their cause, while becoming connected to a new network and family, in Seattle. 

Jubilee's program offers personalized, holistic services and connects women to the community resources they need to become self-sufficient. Jubilee's care managers meet women where they are at, offering support, encouragement and coaching. You can help support this program by sponsoring work clothing for a homeless women or individualized counseling to a resident to create a success plan: short-term goals that help build a road map for long-term change.

Your donation to Roots & Wings International Computer Literacy program will provide introductory computer training for impoverished rural youth in rural Guatemala. The purpose of this program is to provide children an avenue to gain and access knowledge that will allow them to pursue employment beyond subsistence farming.
